Judging is currently underway and we anticipate finalizing placements, updating the website and notifying all submitters by the end of January. Placement Notifications will come directly from One-Reeler (jeff@one-reeler.net) and will include your laurels and information on any relevant awards.
If you submitted via FilmFreeway and your submission gets updated to “Finalist”, your film is guaranteed to place in the competition, if not for your submitted categories, then for an Award of Excellence, Merit, Honorable Mention or Special Mention placement. Once final placements are determined and Placement Notifications sent, your FilmFreeway Finalist status will be updated to Award Winner.
If you do not receive a Placement Notification of any kind (placement or no placement) by the end of the month, please contact our coordinator at jeff@one-reeler.net.
